Capital Brand Technologies is a leading digital marketing agency looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in graphic design and be able to create eye-catching visuals for various digital and print media.
Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing banners, flyers, web designs, posters, social media posts, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and create designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders to refine designs.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
- Experience working in an agency or marketing environment.
