Vacancy Reference: CSC/2023Are you a seasoned Client Service Consultant who can provide a learner centric and game-changing inbound and outbound support service to the client base of Curro? Then this might be the position you have been waiting for.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:
- Grade 12
- Call centre Diploma / Certificate (advantageous)
- 1-2 years experience in a similar environment
The Client Service Consultant is responsbile for:
- Ensuring that straightforward and/or complex calls/contacts/queries are handled effectively, ensuring quality of service which totally exceeds client expectations and drive learner enrolment and retention.
- The active engagement with existing and new clients, focusing strongly on learner recruitment/retention leads and/or queries with speed, simplicity, and trust.
- Furthermore they will log, own, track and resolve all interactions, within service level, to the satisfaction of the client.
