About the role:

Sitting within the Administration and Business Support at the Christchurch Art Gallery, the Business Administrator takes responsibility for:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to staff
  • Ensuring requests are responded to promptly and accurately
  • Processing invoices, raising requisitions, actioning purchase orders and goods receipting within SAP Fiori
  • Managing the gallery inbox
  • Supporting the Gallery Functions Coordinator as required

Our ideal applicant will:

  • Have a background in business support administration or office management
  • Be adept with technology, ideally with experience in Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams and SAP Fiori
  • Be adaptable and able to manage competing priorities, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be an approachable and supportive team player, who is able and willing to look for solutions when problems arise

Location: Primarily based at Christchurch Art Gallery Te Puna o Waiwhetū, corner Worcester Boulevard and Montreal Street
