Job Description:
As an Intermediate Bookkeeper, you will need a sound knowledge of Canadian bookkeeping in public practice, and admin procedures. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Full cycle accounting.
- Bank and general ledgers reconciliations.
- Payroll preparation and government remittances.
- Month end closing procedures.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable management.
Requirements:
- Accounting degree or diploma
- Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Min 2+ years of Canadian Bookkeeping experience in Public Practice.
- Experience using QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Access to a reliable and secure internet connection.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.
